From my wife who stayed there: I'm missing this hotel and its lovely staff and the kindness with which they took care of my family and I during our stay there from July 25 th through August 2nd. I feel I have a home here. The family rooms are spacious but they don't have any sunlight and the bathroom hooks are very high for average height people like me. WiFi worked better at 207. At 407 it was not so great at times. The safe didn't work at 207. Other than these I have to say it was a delightful stay.
Fatima, Anshu and others at the reception and everyone above and beyond. Whether it was laundry, ordering room service, shopping for sarees, getting the fall and pico done (I will never forget the night manager who collected this from the tailor to bring it before I left the following morning), or any and everything I needed, they made it happen.
Atul and Amar at the restaurant are two of the kindest people who are assigned to take care of your food orders. It's one thing to serve food, completely different thing to know they care if you're eating okay.
Kishan, Ayush, and the other young men who were at our beck and call for any and everything delivered with a smile every single time.
My brother and sister-in-law also visited from Singapore and loved it. My mother who lives in Varanasi and my daughter who is born and brought up in the US both felt equally at home. That says a lot about Shri Vinayak Hotel and its incredibly efficient team. Thank you. Until next time!
