The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, AC worked well, and the beds were so comfortable that everyone slept well, washroom was also clean and well-maintained, which is essential for a family. The location seemed very convenient – ​​there was a market, restaurant and easy transport nearby, which made it easy to travel with the kids. Overall, this hotel seemed perfect for a family stay.

When I booked through Expedia and clicked pay at the hotel, they asked me to pay advance of Rs 1000 which I paid online. When I reached the hotel, they gave me the small room of queen bed. The bedsheet was full of black stains which they changed after telling them. While checking out, when I gave him my credit card they told me that they will take only cash payments. I requested that I don’t carry cash but he was very arrogant. I have to go out, find a bank and withdraw cash Rs 1700.00 and paid at the counter. The guy at the reception asked money for all the things but the staff ( bag boys) helped us a lot. We had a very bad experience with this hotel.

Unique it's location very proximate to the main market and all nearby temples. However Hotel people during my 3-4 days stay, clean dust of the room once, after 4-5 reminders and finally, I had actually went and picked up him. They never change any pillow cover or bed sheets in 3-4 days and slept on same. They were totally irresponsible and in experience in the hospitality industry they will only say yes but do we do nothing. 2 medimix soap bubble gum size were given in entire stay. No water bottle, No electric kettle. Yes lift and Ac was good. Food I didn't risk it.
