I liked the location, close to the motorcycle bridge and places to eat. The night market was a reasonable stroll away. The room was nice but the chairs could use a good cleaning. I suspect some previous occupants were to blame for that.

Nice hotel, very clean. Had an issue with a room and Chris/ souk (same guy) jumped in and took great care of us. He was incredibly friendly and assisted us with directions and other questions we had. He speaks near perfect English and made our stay enjoyable. Will be back!

I was very happy with my stay here. A hot buffet breakfast is included. The hotel is close to restaurants and pretty central. I’d stay here again if I were to return. Very good value for money, which is important.

Clean, spacious room. Reception staff were friendly and their English was great. Helped to organise hot air balloon ride. There was an issue with AC in my room. They informed me on arrival and organised quick transfer for one night at another hotel. Nice touch by housekeeping that even if do not disturb sign on door to leave bag with water and toilet roll.

The front desk staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. However the room was horribly maintained. The patio doors didn't lock and the room beside could climb onto the balcony. Handles on doors were broken, the floor was pulled up by the door and the pieces were not attached to the floor. There were many other maintenance issues as well but too many to list. We couldn't advise on the breakfast as we checked out and changed resorts eating the total cost of the rooms for 5 nights and moving to another hotel. Upon check out we were offered another room but we had already selected another hotel. The pool wasn't inviting as well. Overall if you are staying in another room and the pool isn't a priority this hotel may be great - as there are many other great reviews which is why we were very disappointed. But room 406 is not nice.
