Stayed here twice now. The recently renovated rooms are fantastic, clean and modern. Free parking behind the hotel is a big plus in Richmond, especially in Steveston. Staff are friendly and awesome. Lots of dining options all within walking distance plus a Save on Foods right across the street. Walk less than 5 minutes to the waterfront. Overall a great place to stay.

For an old hotel its a 5. Sure its a little rough around the edges as its old, but it's cute and comfortable and clean. Nice updates. Lots around. Bar downstairs has shut down so quiet at night

Date: May 28-29 After we check out, I left my bag in the room. It was almost an hour that passed before I realized as we went to visit the Cannery prior leaving the town. As I went back to the reception, amazingly the gentleman helped out quickly and as well as the staff who handed me my bag. Kudos to your staff!
