Hotel was very well maintained, room was also very clean and comfortable. Very walkable area. Staff really went above and beyond. Though we had to cut our visit short due to unforeseen circumstances, I would still highly recommend this hotel.

What a great hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. From the doorman to the housekeepers. Karrish, the guest services host went above and beyond to ensure that I found my way to the ferry. The location was key and this was the best bed ever! I will make this my #1 choice for hotels in Vancouver in the future.

We were delightfully upgraded to a King Suite for our stay. The room was spacious and had many unique upgraded items, such as wireless headset for music and streaming. An actual high fidelity turntable with actual vinyl records to play was amazing. The heated tile floor in the bathroom made the floor feel soft and pleasant to walk and stand on!! The views of the harbour, with ships, yachts and the Vancouver skyline were spectacular, even more so while bathing in the luxurious tub at nighttime!
