The overall conditions of the room were very modern and the staff was very friendly! However, noise cancelation wasn’t very great between the rooms/hallways as it got kinda loud at times. The condition of the basement/parking area was also a little dingy but getting in and out of the parking garage was fairly easy! They also let you keep your car till 2pm after checkout which is great if you want to stay around after checkout.

This is my second time to stay here this year. I enjoyed the hotel - location, cleanliness, staff, etc. One thing that I would ask the front desk is to remind us of our perks. For instance, I was offered a bottle of wine per stay. On my first stay, I arrived almost midnight, thus exhausted from travel. The front desk didn't remind us of the complementary wine. Not a deal breaker but now, I'm wondering what else could we have had but not reminded of?

If you get a chance to upgrade to a penthouse I would highly recommend. Beautiful large rooms! And the bathroom is massive! Loved the cosmo penthouse with ocean view! Also the front desk staff are wonderful.
