The property is quite large, and they have various room options, ranging from economy setups to family and royal suites, so there is a variety of pricing and layouts depending on what you’re looking for. It also has a lot of amenities, like a shared living room and kitchen, free Wi-Fi, and a basketball area. We had pleasant time and Empress is a stunning beautiful lady in an put. Highly recommend this Empress Palace ( Hotel stays ) to friends.

Front desk hours are from 3 PM to midnight. We arrived around 4 PM after calling ahead, and the staff welcome to stepping onto the property genuinely made us feel like royalty. inside a magnificent palace, exquisite services like home a way feeling was prominent factors I had brought my own clean slippers that was instructed. This place is an absolute masterpiece that deserves to remain preserved forever as a true palace. The gorgeous serene garden adds an extra layer of magic to the entire atmosphere. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to the entire security and protection team for making us feel so safe and special, thank you to the wonderful management for the flawless hospitality. Honestly, this experience is worth infinitely more than the price. Spotless and clean and prestigious

The hotel charged me an extra 7%. The lady there wasn’t helpful. She insisted that I go withdraw cash or pay 7% extra, none of this was disclosed in the “Fee Details”. She said there is a huge power cut and they run on generator costing $200 per day so the credit card machine doesn’t work. The AC didn’t work either. The lady said just keep the window open, and it’s huge French window anyone can come in. Not safe. At CAD947 per night it’s a ripoff. Stay away from this place
