First off didn't know we will be in a house with owner and family:( amenities didn't include TV or laundry with extra cost that was unexpected. Lots of noise which the lack of TV didn't help. Not a restful hotel stay as expected and we certainly could have paid less at a hotel with more amenities. The room was sufficient with bed and thank God it wasn't shared! The ad wasn't clear and we didn't know what to expect until it was too late.

Rose Garden room rental

Our stay in Richmond was a room/suite inside a large private home. The hosts were friendly and attentive in getting us settled. Easy access in and out, but we had to walk through their house to our room. Very very clean and quiet. Located in an upscale, well maintained neighborhood of spacious homes. Parking was on the street around the corner from the door.

Nice clean ensuite unit. Pleasant owner and friendly family. The only disappointment is that it’s a queen size bed instead of a king bed as in the reservation page. So didn’t get good night sleep for the 3 nights. The bathroom has no heating, so it’s really cold getting up in the middle of the night.

Excellent hosts! Quiet neighborhood and easy to get around, car is a must. Room was perfect with an amazing bathroom and shower. Lots of thoughtful touches in the room and wonderful kitchen to use. Would definitely recommend and will for sure stay again in the future!
