"ALL" the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The place is very clean and comfortable and quiet. The buffet breakfast has many options and is delicious. The hotel is downtown which makes it so easy to walk to the great tourist attractions that Vancouver have. We walked to many places and it was very enjoyable. One of the best vacations we have ever had.

This hotel is in a great location - an easy walk to the Aquabus over to Granville Island and a fairly direct route to English Bay and then on to Stanley Park. There are also lots of restaurants in the area. The room was a good size and the facilities were great - a full-size fridge/freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The decor throughout the hotel is quite old-fashioned and in need of updating; our room was quite dark but could be brightened up with much lighter colours. Breakfast was good. Overall, a really good place to stay.
