Newly renovated hotel, conveniently located close to the airport. All the rooms have been modernized and have quality amenities in-unit. Parts of the hotel are still being redone, but take advantage of their early discounted pricing as they have only recently opened. Staff are friendly.

It is a recently renovated hotel; the lobby was not yet fully finished. I like to stay in the new hotel. The hotel is nice and clean, with a great location, less than 10 minutes by car to restaurants and grocery stores in Richmond. The staff was super nice as they were also trying to figure out the rhythm. It is a pet-friendly hotel.

Staff were amazing. Bathroom had the little pieces of toilet paper instead of an actual roll. It’s a peeve of mine. Noisy from outside but location was good and the price was right. Breakfast was a croissant in a bag and some yogurt. Coffee but no tea.

Immediately walking into the lobby you are slapped with strong perfume fragrance. Hotel staff were friendly. $20 a night parking fee seems unnecessary. Our room was clean yet there was an scent that would not go away as if a pet had urinated in the room. The pool and hot tub were shut down by the health department. And the courtesy pastries were gone quickly.
