Property is centrally located in a wonderful area of Vancouver. Staff was helpful and kind. The room was clean and the view of the harbour was beautiful.

Friendly staff - got us our room very early when they were extremely busy themselves. Room was really clean and exactly as ordered. All staff on premises were super friendly and helpful. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Housekeeping staff was excellent. The breakfast buffet has something for all guests and service was excellent. The harbor views are great. The hotel lobby is overrun by cruise ship passengers and luggage several times a day. The rooms are clean, decor tired, bathroom amenities sparse.

Nice ocean view from the bedroom. Large size room and a good location downtown. The decor needs to be updated badly with rooms that could be renovated.
