I booked this stay for my dad and he absolutely loved it here, he could not stop raving about how great this hotel was. He said the staff were super helpful and friendly, the rooms had nice high ceilings, and enjoyed the food next door at the restaurant.

Great place to stay staff is friendly really good location. Pub next door has good food and drinks.Only complaint is the noise on the street side it’s the traffic and on the backside. It’s the skytrain.

Staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. The room was spotless and the hotel is located in a great spot. Literally next to the lite rail station, sits on top of a bar that has great pizza and though there are houseless across from the property, it felt very safe.

It was very convenient to Skytain. The local area seems to be improving steadily. But the biggest asset of this hotel is their associated bar. Meals are good, beers are excellent and the staff delightful and cheerful and look after their customers.

Went for a concert. Location is amazing. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. Tracy at the pub next door is the best waitress. Hotel staff the most friendly and helpful. Parking is across the street and easy. I will definitely be going back to this Jem of a hotel.
