Really lovely apartment, modern, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were great and the beds were really comfortable. Having all the appliances - washer, dryer, dishwasher was so useful. The location is great for exploring Chinatown and all of the central area but there’s no getting away from the sketchy surrounding streets. We had no issues though. The team was super helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend this place.

Great place, super clean and easy to find/check-in. The staff was very polite and responsive. I appreciated the detailed instructions on how to use the utilities, plus the good-quality coffee - the umbrella came in super handy. Having on-site laundry was very helpful as well! I would definitely love to stay here again and highly suggest it for anybody staying for a couple weeks to a month.

Keefer House was such a great find for a Vancouver stay. The suite felt more like a stylish apartment than a hotel room — full kitchen, premium bedding, and clean, modern design throughout. Digital check-in and keyless entry made arrival completely seamless; no waiting around at a front desk, just a code on my phone and I was straight up to the room. The location is the real win here. You’re steps from The Keefer Bar, Bao Bei, and Kissa Tanto, plus endless other food and nightlife options in one of Vancouver’s most historic and character-filled neighborhoods. The fitness room was a nice bonus for staying active without needing to leave the building. If you want a boutique stay with the privacy and space of a residence but the polish of a hotel, this is exactly that. Would absolutely book again.

Stayed here after our condo was flooded. We were in 4 different suites over our time. Very impressed by this little hotel and the staff! All the rooms were consistently well appointed, clean and quiet. Also some nice thoughtful design touche. The beds were super comfortable, good air conditioning in the units and all our communications were excellent. The gym is large and well equipped. Also a great location - many great restaurants close by and unique shops to explore, especially on Georgia and Union St.

Immaculate accommodation on the edge of China Town. Apartment was quite small but had everything one would need. The bed was comfortable but the hid-a-bed was very uncomfortable. Also there is no parking in the building but there is a parkade across the road that cost $25 per day. The location is good with easy access to BC Place, Rogers Arena and easy walk to Gastown. I would not feel comfortable walking around the neighbourhood alone.
