Great experience from check-in. Location is perfect for access to Rogers Arena for concerts and also BC Place stadium. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Rooms are really nice: clean and spacious and pretty quiet at night. Super helpful staff and easy checkin: parking is on premise so very easy to manage. We did not try the breakfast options or the gym/spa/sauna but definitely a great place to stay - we were only there for one night for a concert (from Seattle) and really appreciated the “considerate” noon checkout.

Hotel was lovely. They were able to facilitate an earlier check in which was helpful. There was no bar in the hotel and they only served breakfast however they could not meet a gluten free diet. Luckily there are cafes and restaurants and bars nearby.

I loved my stay here! Absolutely the best hotel that I’ve stayed in as a very frequent traveller. Room was lovely, clean, and the diffuser is a great touch. There is breakfast on-site, but the hotel is just steps from a ton of incredible restaurants. Amazing place to stay for a concert at Rogers or anywhere on Granville. Just a short walk from the Skytrain as well. I will absolutely stay here again!
