The property is very clean but a little dated, staff very helpful and friendly, bar attached was nice with very nice friendly staff. Area could be a bit iffy but saw no trouble, a little trek to downtown but trams and buses a plenty.

Room clean and helpful staff. Is was noisy from the street where bar patrons stood on corner for their smoke but it was tolerable ,closed at a decent hour. Had,dinner at bar and caught the entertainment. They were funny and food was good.

Rooms were good for the area they were in, all the amenities worked, felt secure for the area, and good for the price. Anything painted in the room looked worn, and the hallways were full of crumbs of something. The staff were way better than any hotel I've been to, friendly, happy, quick. Couldn't be happier with the staff, and the room is what you expect for the price

The staff was great, it was a birthday trip for my mom. I was told the door was a hard close, The room door was broke, it fell off the hinges, anyone could walk in after the whole day it wasn’t properly fixed.

You get what you pay for here. Staff were very nice. Hotel is very minimalist. Area of town was sketchy but the hotel entrance was secure. Saw some open drug use at the bus stop right out front. The room was rundown, lots of mildew in shower etc. But the bed was clean. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

Clean room, comfortable bed, wonderful stuff, not too many stairs if you have luggage. Grocery store cross the street. We didn't try the restaurant but I've heard good things. Earplugs are a must but I'm used to pub music living above a pub. If anything it put me to sleep. This will be our go to hotel in Vancouver for all travel

My room was very clean but it would have helped if the stairs and landing were vacuumed. Staff were excellent , particularly Mai the supervisor, and I enjoyed the bar downstairs. It was so much cheaper than the alternatives and location was fine.

I called ahead to ask about storing our luggage before check-in, and they were super helpful and had no problem letting us store it. I also called to let them know we would be arriving after midnight for check-in, and they were great about updating my account and making sure everything was noted. The room was great everything you need for a comfortable night’s rest. The location was convenient, and the hotel was super quiet, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience! 10/10, I would definitely stay here again
