From the moment we arrived, this hotel impressed us. The staff were warm, welcoming, and made a point of addressing me by first name, which was a lovely personal touch. The woman who checked us in was incredibly friendly and helpful. I wish I had caught her name because she truly made a great first impression and deserves a shoutout! Being a brand new property, everything felt fresh and immaculate. Our room was spotless, and the views of Mt. Baker from the lobby and rooftop were breathtaking, especially during sunset. A special shoutout to Alejandra, who assisted us during breakfast. Her kindness made the morning meal a highlight of our stay. Also worth mentioning for those who are dairy-free, the coffee bar had oat milk available, which is something you don’t often see at hotels. A small but thoughtful touch! My family and I used it as our home base while spending time around Vancouver and Richmond, and it worked out perfectly. If you’re planning to visit those areas, it’s well worth staying here. Just be prepared for a short drive. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay again!

I had a really great stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Surrey. The room was brand new, super clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I especially loved that it had all the facilities you’d need for a comfortable stay, from the fully equipped kitchenette to the spacious layout. It truly felt like a home away from home. I must add that it’s also couple friendly! One of the highlights for me was the complimentary breakfast. There were so many options to choose from, and everything was fresh and well organized. It made mornings so much easier and more enjoyable for us. The staff were also a big part of what made the experience stand out. Everyone I interacted with was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it was such a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean, modern, and well-equipped place to stay in Surrey!

Brand new hotel in City Centre Surrey, close to Surrey Memorial Hospital, Guildford Mall, and easy access to the highway. It was clean and high quality because it was new. Housekeeping doesn't come daily, they said every 3 days, but you can request it. Buffet breakfast was decent (the usual with scrambled eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, toast/bagel, cereals, etc). Gym was good, beautiful views. Rooftop patio was beautiful with the fire on at night.

Breakfast was poor and most of them run out such as fork yoghurt chia pudding bread however it was 4 waiteres and it was only 3 tables. They served the espresso without soucer and spoon or sugar tho. Needs a F&B leader here to teach the stuff how to refil service and move in the restaurant. I suggest one water jar instead of using tap. It looks nicer. These issues does not cost mo ey to gain better high quality service. I used to work for in the same field in Hilton UK
