Excellent location, a short walk to the sky train which made getting around Vancouver easy. Was quiet, which is one of the reasons we chose not to stay in the heart of downtown. Some wonderful restaurants and quaint coffee shops for dining close by. Staff was excellent in all our dealings. Hotel was clean and room was spacious. All 5 of us enjoyed our stay very much.

The room and bathroom were very nice, and the hotel is conveniently located. However, the carpets, lobby, and restaurant furniture need to be renewed, as they look old and not very clean. The mattress was extremely soft and uncomfortable. The restaurant options were very limited, and the food felt like frozen meals heated in a microwave
