My family and I stayed there for four nights and the whole time we were there we were taken care of. The staff are amazing and hospitable. Breakfast was good and was able to use the pool and laundry the time we spent there. Would recommend it for families.

The room is somehow clean. The breakfast is soo good makes our stay in this hotel a good experience. The staff was understandable and very accomodating. Their were some defects in our room but the satff was able to respond to my report and able to fix the cracks in the fridge and broken door in the washroom.

Really lovely great sized room, the king size bed was super comfortable. Was allowed an early check in after a long flight, greatly appreciated. Good quality breakfast included with my stay. 403 bus located beside the IMAX theatre got me to the Bridgeport train station to connect to downtown Vancouver.Purchase a Compass pass to use on both bus and train
