great hotel for our family of 5 including a 2 year old. the breakfast was very yummy and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. the hotel shuttle to and from the airport was also a perk i didn’t know about but was extremely helpful

Rooms were clean and spacious. While an additional cost, the breakfast buffet was easy and filling. The free airport shuttle was convenient as was the hotel storing our luggage during the day. Our room had no shampoo but we requested some and they brought it up quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel before and after our cruise to Alaska. We was able to check in early before the cruise and that was extremely nice. Unfortunately, after the cruise we were not. We arrived at the hotel by 10 am and our room wasn't ready till close to 2. Not the hotels fault but we were tired and had a sick traveler with us. The room was very clean. No complaints there! We did get a free shuttle to the airport that even ran at 3 in the morning!
