From arrival to departure we were impressed. The property/ building was beautiful and very well maintained. Check-in was simple, the staff as genuinely friendly and welcoming. Spa was clean and relaxing. Our room was on the second floor across from the pool. I think we were above a service area and it was very noisy. Our balcony also had no chairs to sit outside, would have liked that. The bird music was very nice!
