Unbeatable location right in the heart of UBC, close to everything yet very quiet and peaceful. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and having a small kitchenette was super convenient. Friendly staff, easy check-in, and great value overall. Perfect for visiting family or touring the campus—highly recommended and will definitely stay again!

The staff were extremely helpful and the room was spotless! Location was fantastic and easy to walk to everything. I stayed here to race the Vancouver T100 and the location was perfect. Door to door shuttle service, with bike, from hotel to race.

Not a thing to stress about from the moment I arrived. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The room was fantastic! Super clean, everything organized and easy to find in the kitchen. Absolutely will refer to others and would stay again.

I can always count on the Walter Gage properties when I'm visiting Vancouver. Check-in is easy, there is ample parking--even for a pickup truck, there are two coffee shops just steps away, the property is always pristine, and the location is excellent.

Comfortable apartment, especially the bed. Unfortunately, WiFi internet was very slow, making it hard to stream anything. I asked the kid at the front desk about it. He agreed and said it was pretty bad throughout their buildings. The tv on the wall was just for decoration.

Husband and I stayed here for 4 days, it was clean, quiet and comfortable. They have different suits in different buildings that you can only enter with your key card, so the added security is nice. Area is nice, lots of stores within walking distance. The campus was busy with students still, but this didn't cause any issues with our stay. Laundry room was within the same building, easy to check in and check out. Nothing bad to say about our stay. We enjoyed it. Also, an umbrella was available in our suite to use which was nice as it rained during our stay.

Lovely hotel. Very clean and well maintained. The staff were very happy and friendly. As we were leaving our room, one of the housekeeping staff thanked us for staying and wished us well. She seemed very happy in her role. The ladies at reception were also very happy and friendly and super helpful with providing info re buses and things to see and do.

What a wonderful find! This hotel on the UBC campus was quiet, clean, and priced well. There are buses all the time to everywhere. Ubers are around. The campus offers amazing walks, gardens, sculptures, a delicious ice cream shop, and the Museum of Anthropology - a world class museum dedicated to indigenous, North Americans. We were there for over 3 hours! Highly recommended!
