A simple, basically clean and safe accomodations with a handy location near Davie St. In Vancouver. Very comfortable bed . Friendly, helpful staff. I've stayed here once before because of this. On the downside, carpets (especially in elevator) are visibly dirty and some hallways and walls need to be redone for sure. My room was old but clean.

It was ok as a last min booking to sleep at night but this hotel wouldn’t be my first choice. Told floors throughout the room made it cold and uninviting and it is generally an older property. People were very nice and helpful, location was good.

One elevator was broken the entire time we were there. The other to forever trying to figure out if it was going up or down. Rooms were nice, clean, comfortable beds. Bathroom counter was too small for toiletries bags. Parking was easy. Maid service was excellent.

Overall it was a nice hotel. Definitely not what you would expect for the price, but I think that’s the reality of Downtown Vancouver in the summer. The rooms were updated and spacious enough. Overall this was a nice hotel in a very good location.

Front Desk staff is very disrespectful. Went for a 4 day trip with some friends and both people at the desk were snippy and filled with attitude. The remainder of the stay was fine. The room was nice and the rest of the hotel is fine. Cool rooftop patio and sauna but overall bad experience from the staff themselves

The hotel is in a great location in downtown Vancouver. You can reach a lot of places on foot. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooftop terrace is really beautiful and offers a great view of the city. The room was very clean, but a bit dated.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Only downfall was only one working elevator which resulted in very long waits, stairs were available but stairwells were incredibly hot and when carrying luggage up several flights the elevator is preferred. Overall a good stay.
