Truly a great experience. The staff was friendly, willing to help answer all my question and knowledgeable of the area. The only issue we had with the property was the pool area. Needs a little sprucing up.

Staff was great, room was clean and room service all night. Will definitely be back for a longer stay.

We had to move rooms, as we had no hot water in our shower. Had to take a cold shower. Then our move supposably to a more premium room, ended up being very noisy due to a party below. Music blaring and had to call to ask to lower.
For a premium hotel, not impressed.

The star of our stay was all of the staff. They were so genuinely kind and friendly. The pool is AWFUL, but the gym facilities and sauna were good. The restaurant is great and of course, the luxury shopping right in the hotel.

The staff were amazing and helpful but the property itself could use some attention. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and the carpets were very worn out.
