Reception and breakfast service staff very helpful. Housekeeping in general lovely, unless you needed to stay behind a little later, then you get the impression you're in their way. In two weeks one of three elevators kept breaking down, only two were in regular service, elevator wait time averaged 5 minutes

Loved this place. So clean. Beautiful view of the city. Open room with lots of light. Lots of windows. Little kitchen with everything we needed available. Fridge and freezer available. Great breakfast. Would definitely recommend this place. I will go back there again. The only downside is not walkable to a lot of places. There is a Starbucks across the street. There was an Italian restaurant at the hotel that was good. So clean & amazing place to stay.

We love staying here for our yearly family trip to Vancouver. The location is great and having a kitchen with a fridge is a bonus. There is a grocery right across the street and a mall within walking distance if you need anything. Breakfast is pretty much standard breakfast food but it's decent. They often run out of coffeee at breakfast and you have to wait a few minutes for them to make more, but that's not a big deal.
