The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the first thing we saw when we got to our room was a pile of dirty linens in the hallway right next to our door. It was kind of gross and definitely not a good first impression. And the pile was still there the next morning. The location of the hotel is great if you have to use the sky train.

Sharneet on Reception was extremely helpful. She gave us lots of information and helped us with everything we asked for. The hotel was welcoming, the free shuttle picked us up at about 10pm and we only waited a few minutes before it came and the free breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

We spent one night upon our arrival into Vancouver at this convenient airport hotel at the start of our road trip through BC. It included an airport shuttle which we did not use as we had our own car, parking was free. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, the staff were friendly. Restaurants for dinner were within walking distance. The hotel included breakfast which was average but perhaps that was to be expected.

This hotel was overpriced in my opinion. The room was really tired, there was quite a bit of noise from the train and traffic, breakfast was so basic that I can't even call it a real breakfast. It was ok for a short stay.

I've been here four or five times and every time it satisfies. The rooms are very clean, the bathrooms particularly. The breakfast is fine. It's near a big Chinese grocery with amazing imports, and the skytrain Bridgeport station, from where you can go just about anywhere in the greater Vancouver area. There's good parking. Although the hotel is beneath the YVR flight paths, it's not particularly noisy. Although the neighbourhood is surrounded by light industry, there's no sense of menace.

お部屋もバスルームも綺麗で清潔感がありました。 トイレットペーパーの予備がなかったので、お部屋の掃除の時に気付いてほしかったです。 シャワーの水圧が低すぎて...残念でした 電車の駅も近かったので、どこに行くのも便利でした。 あと、お部屋に電気ケトルがあれば良かったかな！？(個人的な意見です)携帯の電気ケトルを持参してたので、ティーパックの熱いお茶やカップ麺など食べれたので良かったです(笑)

Furnishings and public areas a bit dated, breakfast was continental style so no hot items (protein option). Foody World is a block away for a variety of groceries and hot meal options. Room was clean and quiet and staff were attentive and helpful, and shuttle to YVR was a bonus. Overall good for a quick stay whole travelling.

The front desk and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel shuttle was also excellent. Most of all, my room was extremely clean and comfortable. I'll most certainly use this hotel again when I'm in Vancouver.

The room was clean and had all the amenities available in the room-shampoo, soap, towels. Breakfast was good. Clerk helped our group to reserve a shuttle to the port for the following morning. The following day there was some confusion of which people had reserved seating reservations to the port. Luckily it was all straightened out and we arrived to the port on time.

Eddie and the other gentleman who works at the front desk were truly top tier. I was extremely distressed after missing my flight due to delayed connections, and I didn’t get to check in until after midnight. These two went above and beyond to make everything as easy and stress-free as possible. They were incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating throughout my stay. Even the airport drop-off service was top tier. I really appreciate how they took care of me during a stressful situation. Eddie especially deserves a raise or some form of recognition for his outstanding customer service. Employees like these two truly make a difference!

Not a 5 star hotel doesn't pretend to be but solid enough. Good place to sleep, basic breakfast, airport shuttle on point. Convenient to train line that serves Vancouver and the Airport. Hotel is next to a Casino neighborhood is light industry. Visit the Italian tomato nice and walkable. Used Hotel as alternative to pricier hotels in downtown Vancouver by the cruise port. Hotel is older but clean.

The staff was so accommodating. Our cruise ship arrived in port at 7am, so we had several hours to kill before check in time. The staff let us store our luggage in a secure room and we were able to check in early after having a great lunch at a restaurant recommended by staff. At first the neighborhood seemed a little on the run down side. But I was so pleased with the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel that I will definitely be staying there again.
