The hotel and staff are amazing. The location, not so much. Right beside the Surrey train station...noisy and dirty on the south side.

Hotel was easy to find once off the main Trans-Canada Highway. Very clean and friendly staff. Even though we had to pay for parking in the parkade, $15 was reasonable for the night. Guildford Mall was a quick drive away. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or hot tub, but it looked cool. We stayed in a corner king room. Views were pretty and we’d stay here again!

Decent lodging. Rooms are ridiculously small for 300$ a night. Parking is 15$ a night, at 300$ a night…throw in the parking. Skytrain is right beside location so it’s super handy for getting out of Surrey! All in all not a bad place but will be going back to Sheraton at Guilford. Better value. Bigger rooms, free parking and closer to restaurants and shopping.

Over all is really excellent just the area is closed to train station which makes it super busy area and bit noisy for the transportation. But otherwise rooms are clean and staff are very friendly. Excellent customer service.
