We enjoyed our returning visit to the Civic Hotel! Welcome & helpful staff to easy parkade parking made our check in simple. The hotel is very clean and smells great! The rooftop pool was fun for a dip in the sunshine after a travel day too. We ordered room service from Dominion and it was prompt and yummy. Location is handy being so close to the Surrey Central Station to ride the sky train or a quick drive to Guilford Mall for some shopping. The beds were comfy and I particularly noticed the carpet was quite plush on my bare feet. Quite an enjoyable stay - we will be back again.

Great hotel. Clean. Near the train station. Note, this hotel is nearly 45 min train ride away from Vancouver downtown. Surrey is great, btw. Nearby mall is excellent. Few things to do nearby. Staff was nice. Breakfast is not included but the restaurant options are fantastic.

The staff were very pleasant. The room was very neat and clean. The underground parking was handy for the rental vehicle. Parking garage felt very safe with its security cameras etc. The hotel is in the heart of downtown Surrey with several homeless people around making one feel uneasy. The hotel is first class and feels safe.
