Old hotel, but it was clean and within walking distance to a lot of downtown shopping and restaurants. The room was clean, and the parking was on the premises. Make sure to book your breakfast (if you want) with the exact number of people in your party because it is expensive. Breakfast buffet was included in our booking.

Our room was very spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made our stay enjoyable. The only issue we experienced was a fire alarm that went off at 3:00 a.m. one night, which was quite disruptive.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom balcony suite with kitchen. We were in Vancouver for 4 nights so it was nice to have a kitchen. The hotel is centrally located on the edge of downtown and a short distance to the waterfront or Granville island. Buses are just outside and the skytain is a short walk.

Quite spacious room, very comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom were dated, in need of renovation. Hotel is located 400 ft from a hospital. Ambulance sirens were heard multiple times in the middle of the night, every night.

The room was clean and comfortable, the location was central and the breakfast was sumptuous. The only downside was that the hotel was located to a hospital with an emergency department and so ambulence sirens range out late into the night.
