Booked very late in the evening after 9pm on our wedding night. We checked in after 11 and as soon as we got there they upgraded us free of charge to their biggest room. Absolutely fantastic stay and super friendly staff.

The room space was nice. Problems: the bath tub did not drain and there was no bath Matt very slippery! The bar/lounge area was a nice space but the tables were not wiped down. The staff at the bar were nice but when things got busy they could’ve handled another person on staff.

Really like the quiet location but also close to target , food places , coffee shop since this hotel does not offer breakfast. We stayed for 3 nights but they only emptied trash bin , we get back from our outing and bed is not made up plus when we leave early in the morning the trash bins outside was overflowing

The hotel was really nice. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions. The security robot was cool :) The hotel pool and hot tub left a lot to be desired. The pool bottom was a little slippery and didn't look very nice. The hot tub jets didn't work. This hotel was in a convenient location with many restaurants along with a grocery store and gas station.

Great hotel, and one of the cleanest pet-friendly hotels I've been to. I love how they have a cute robot as security. I did not see any homeless or suspicious characters around the property at night. The location is great and quiet, yet close to any store you need. The Vancouver Food Carts are within walking distance. Great place to stay if you have an EV; the Ionna charging station is right next to the hotel, and the hotel has two Chargepoint chargers onsite. Staff were very courteous and helpful. I will 100% stay again.

Cleanliness and location relative to a ton of food options were the best features to me. Staff was overall welcoming and helpful with stuff they could help with. Onsite laundry was great. Onsite gym was nice...used it every night. No free breakfast is a huge miss compared to the Best Western Plus I recently stayed at. I had a hard time connecting to wifi and the staff wasnt super helpful with it. It eventually kicked in tho but it was annoying to have to figure it out. Housekeeping every 3 days is what they do unless you ask for more frequent. Not terrible but if you want more frequent, thats somewhat annoying.
