The location is the best part of this hotel. So close to Stanley Park and the waterfront. We could easily walk along the seawall to Canada Place. There were many restaurants to choose from near the hotel. Definitely check out The Red Umbrella for breakfast ( a few doors away from hotel). The rooms were clean.

Great location, right next to English Bay beach. Breezeway lounge was open and created a nice casual atmosphere. Everything with the front desk staff was smooth and easy, the room was clean, beds comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short stay. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Rooms were clean, but the entire hotel could use a bit of renovation. Breakfast food was good. We got to order off a menu from the bar attached, but got confusing with added costs….etc. Great location near English bay beach and many pubs, restaurants nearby. Overall a good experience.

Great hotel only a 1 minute walk to English Bay beach. Lots of dining options nearby. Room was clean and modern. Friendly staff. The onsite restaurant was good and their staff were very friendly. The noise from the street was an issue at night but admittedly not so much in the hotel’s control. The AC was much appreciated and worked well but the window unit was quite loud. Overall great price for convenient location.

The stay was great overall; good location for the price. My only critique would be that there was mold in the shower between the tiles. The ice maker also wasn’t clean inside as there were particles coming out when we used the dispenser. The location is very central which is good, but could be noisy for some travellers.

Excellent location!! 5 minute walk to English Bay beach, sea wall and Stanley park! Building is older and could use some upgrades. Does not have central air conditioning!!! Just window unit in room and some are very old. Originally on 5th floor with balcony and ocean views but it was roasting like an oven so we traded it for a lower floor and parking lot view. Beds comfy and room well cleaned. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again
