This hotel is wonderful! The staff are just amazing, from the front desk to the restaurant staff! Melvin in the restaurant is wonderful and is really good at what he does. Juan was extremely helpful, as well as everyone I encountered at the front desk. Overall, it was a great visit. I would stay here again if/when I come back to Vancouver.

We were treated extremely well by the staff at the hotel. Our room was a very nice size which we very much enjoyed. We made use of the restaurant for breakfast. Very good service. One of the elevators was out of order but we were able to use the service elevator. The hotel was in a good location - downtown and close to the Theatre where our choir festival was taking place.
