Great place to stay if you are catching the ferry the next morning. It is quiet and good restaurants are close by. We stay there every year when we go on our annual fishing trip to Vancouver Island.

This is a budget motel. It has a great location if you need to be in Tsawassen. It is pretty basic but does have the basics - a bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower/tub, and tv. The staff I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The price is attractive. It is on a fairly busy road (12th) and, as it is an older building, was noisy at times. It worked for me this time

I have been a regular guest at the Beach Grove Motel for 20 years. It’s all about location. The motel is across the road from the entrance to Boundary Bay Regional Park. It’s a short scenic stroll to Centennial Beach and the vast bay. Low tides are simply amazing. You can walk barefoot for 2 km into the middle of the bay. Lots of tide pools with crabs. There is precious little in the way of accommodation in Tsawwassen. So I really appreciate the efforts of the staff to keep the motel going. And in such good shape. I always look forward to my next visit.

The front desk staff person was very friendly and the location was nice, but these were the only good things about this property. The room was very run down and dirty - the kind of dirt when a place has not been cleaned well for a long time. We we’re only staying one night and was glad for it.

I was commenting elsewhere how expensive it is to stay in Vancouver, particularly in the summertime. The Beach Grove is the exception, still providing good value. It's an old school motel, in a nice location, with good service. It's a little rough around the edges, but I can live with that.
