“Es una estafa al pagar anticipadamente con expedia en la reservacion del hotel al llegar y reservar rl mismo dia . Me encontre con el hotel cerrado no habia nadie en el lobby y ningun personal que atendieran . Estoy haviendo una disputa es injusto que te cobren sin recibir el servickl del hotel ”

“The staff was so friendly!!! Everything was amazing and they were so accommodating. Blew my mind at how willing they were to work with us despite us not realizing they closed check-in at 10, and we weren’t able to show up until 10:50 but they still stayed and checked us in. And they were so cheerful about it ❤️ Thank you guys so much you really saved us and made our short stay so peaceful. Also those were actually the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in and I’ve stayed at some NICE...
