This place was a dump. I checked in at 8pm and there were 3 cleaning carts clogging the elevator area and the laundry room door was open and was overflowing with dirty laundry - just not a welcoming look at all. Their breakfast was good though.

The staff did an awesome job. They were so friendly and accommodating. We also really loved using the hot tub after spending the day hiking at Guadalupe Mountains. It would definitely be 5 stars except the shower only got warm not hot.
