Vacations Close To Van Andel Museum Center

Upon walking in the lobby was decorated for Halloween. Loved it. Check in was easy and the gentleman was nice. Room was clean. We had a problem with the remote but the gentleman came up and resolved the issue. The air conditioning is a little loud. Didn’t really bother me too much but my husband said it kept waking him up. The breakfast was the only complaint. Other than that the hotel was great. Great location, right off the highway.

I asked for a wake up call when I checked in. I confirmed later, after dinner that my wake up call was set. They assured me that it was. I never received a wakeup call. I was promised a take out breakfast due to departing before the breakfast was opened. There was no breakfast items available.

One person on staff, clogged shower drains. Not worth the money...

I had a good stay.

The building is very old and not maintained. The grounds were not kept up either. The furniture is old and damaged as well as many parts of the building and rooms. The elevator was very dirty. The front desk was slow and not very professional. Breakfast was OK. I would not waste your money here. Spend a little more and go somewhere nicer.
