The welcoming staff was exceptional and very helpful. The front desk had great communication and knowledgeable. I can hear the person above me very loud and clear. I will definitely revisit and stay, I will just ask to be on the highest level to solve that issue.

Nice, newer hotel conveniently located directly off Highway 30. Easy access to downtown Valparaiso. I especially liked the floor was NOT carpet. Quibble - windows do not open. Breakfast was good. "Tina" at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect. Kiana was so knowledgeable and great at checking in. Lori was a phenomenal breakfast attendant. The manager was on site checking everything out. It was the best.

The hotel was great; my disappointment might be more with Expedia in that I reached out to the hotel to find out if I could have changed my reservation but didn't hear back until it was too late to change the reservation, which was disappointing.
