The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was courteous and extremely helpful. The only downside was the furniture in the rooms seemed very IKEAish and small.

The room was reasonably clean. Dust in corners, and old sock below a bench, typical budget hotel stuff. Breakfast was excellent. Be aware that if you are a light sleeper you will not enjoy your stay. Walls and ceilings are thin, the noise level was significant. The property is very new and it shows which may account for the overall high ratings.

Favorite hotel so far. It’s clean cute cozy. The bed was amazing. The breakfast bar was amazing 10 out of 10. I would stay there again.

The welcoming staff was exceptional and very helpful. The front desk had great communication and knowledgeable. I can hear the person above me very loud and clear. I will definitely revisit and stay, I will just ask to be on the highest level to solve that issue.

Overall, a wonderful stay and my family would absolutely stay here again! I was really impressed by the cleanliness, especially since there is a road crew staying there with muddy boots. But you almost never saw any mud tracked around. That has not been my experience at other hotels with the same situation so kudos to the cleaning crew here! Tina & Evelyn at the front desk were just awesome! They were friendly, helpful and attentive! I really enjoyed chatting with them. While we already had plans, I really appreciated the attention to detail with white boards by the elevators that shared current local events and recommendations. 4,5 stars overall simply because the breakfast was not great, unfortunately. In our opinion, the eggs didn’t taste very good and the pancakes (cool maker, though, that you can watch!) seemed a bit underdone (though it’s possible that was user error somehow).

My husband and I arrived around two thirty, hoping to maybe check in a bit early because it was our anniversary. They told us it would be about a half hour, which we were okay with.So we walked around the property outside for a bit. We went back in to see if the room was ready.And we're told numerous times it's not ready.They're mopping the floor not much explanation. We sat there from 3 and didn't get into our room till about 5 o'clock. No apologies, no explanations and was very frustrating. The room was clean and quiet.Obviously it was a new hotel, so it should have been.That's partly why we stayed there. The hotel itself was great, but a very disappointed in the staff. I was disappointed with our stay and was offered no compensation discount or time to stay longer the next day since we lost 2 hours of our stay.

Nice, newer hotel conveniently located directly off Highway 30. Easy access to downtown Valparaiso. I especially liked the floor was NOT carpet. Quibble - windows do not open. Breakfast was good. "Tina" at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect. Kiana was so knowledgeable and great at checking in. Lori was a phenomenal breakfast attendant. The manager was on site checking everything out. It was the best.

The staff told us that building had only been opened for a month. Everything is beautiful. welcoming, and relaxing. The staff were all so nice. The location is perfect if you're doing anything around the Valpo area.

The hotel was great; my disappointment might be more with Expedia in that I reached out to the hotel to find out if I could have changed my reservation but didn't hear back until it was too late to change the reservation, which was disappointing.
