Vacations Close To Valley Medical Center

I will never make a reservation to this hotel. The room was unsatisfied for the sixth guest the mattress from the sofa bed. It was really bad and I will not recommend this hotel. Never close to Seaworld.

Very cute and cozy place problem is there is no elevators so if you have bad knees, I wouldn’t recommend staying there

Everything was clean enough but could use a good once over. Some appliances in the villa were in need of repair and the provided WiFi is barely functional. There was no room cleanings although I booked as a hotel guest and not through a timeshare (this place operates on both). Most rooms have flights of stairs to access and no elevators so if you’re not of physical shape to carry your luggage up/down stairs, I’d look elsewhere. The front desk staff was awesome but staff otherwise was scarce. The kids enjoyed the pool, fire pit, arcade, and playground amenities. Place is family friendly but be prepared to do some work cleaning wise. Location is pretty far from basically anything besides the Safari zoo so a rental car is a must at this location! Good news is parking is included in your resort fee. However, be prepared to walk a ways from your parking spot due to limited guest parking. We’d return at a lower rate but didn’t quite get what we paid for.

This might sound petty, but the toilet paper was rough and the mattress was weak. All the amenities and staff were outstanding.

Spotless room, great location, and an incredible rooftop — this place had it all. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout our stay, and the complimentary breakfast was a lovely bonus. The courtyard is a perfect spot to unwind. Already looking forward to coming back!

Staff is amazing! Love the rooftop views! Valet is high but parking lots close by. Great location , love to stay here !
