Can’t say enough great things about Tamarind Hills. Always an awesome experience with the best view and divine beach. I always go at the end of season where it’s quiet on island. And the staff here are so kind and welcoming. I will always have a short or long stay here to top off my Antigua trip.

We had an amazing stay! The entire staff was incredibly kind, warm, and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Rooms were very clean and it was centrally located on the west side, providing access to many of the island’s beaches and attractions. The only challenge was the number of steps that were required if you have an upper “scenic” villa.

The property was really nice, on the small side. The ocean view room was very spacious and well kept. Wasn’t too thrilled about the open shower, no door or curtain but overall the room was really nice. The food choices were ok and the same all week. They did have 2 special entrees for dinner each night. However, the mosquitos and sand flies were vicious at sun down each night. Hanging outside at night was not pleasant . The staff tried to help by offering repellent. It’s more of a relaxing retreat. No real activities or entertainment, just complete relaxation. The staff were awesome. Getting to your room from the restaurants was a workout, no elevator and a lot of stairs.

The room views are great, especially the rooms higher up the hill. Everyone was very polite. The rooms and common areas were always clean. Service was slow at times, and fine at times. Island time I guess. The beach was not crowded and there were no vendors hassling you near the resort area. The food was decent, but we had better venturing out to some other restaurants. Good enough when you wanted to remain at the resort. It seems like this was designed to be adults only, but there were some kids around. Overall, it is as advertised and one of the nicer places. Glad we stayed there.
