Very central

This hotel is in the centre of Valletta and within walking distance of all the beautiful places to visit there. The hotel is in a quiet but central road, a historic house with a lot of local charm. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

It was in a great location for the Theatre as it was a late ending show. Oh please note that you are looking for a double door, not much signage, as we walked past it twice. Not a photo of the hotel but one of the theatre.

Lovely Central Location; friendly staff

We had a perfect overnight stay. The central location allowed us to get out and about and enjoy a lovely evening in Valletta. The check in was flawless, the staff friendly and welcoming. Altogether lovely.

We loved this hotel, super clean and super friendly staff who were very helpful. The breakfast was delucious, plenty of choice. Our room was small but we had everything we needed, with the exception of more storage space! We did feel that if the bed had been smaller, there would have been more space for maybe some drawers.

My wife and I were on the 4th floor where there is a frosted glass landing outside the elevator by the door. Those of a nervous disposition, though, should not be put off. The bathroom was very large and clean, with the shower (having both an handle held and overhead shower head) being very enjoyable. The room facilities included a small fridge and tea making facilities, as well as easily controllable air conditioning and (we visited in August) 2 complementary bottles of water daily. The street outside the hotel was being used for ongoing work and deliveries for nearby buildings so wasn't what you might call picturesque. This by no means detracted from the hotel though, as a few steps either way once outside the hotel, provided access to side streets leading towards the town centre. Once of the bets things about the hotel as the fact that it was perfectly quiet and we were able to sleep soundly every night. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and assisted in arranging a taxi form the airport on arrival. On departure we took one of the excellent bus services. The Breakfast was a small but perfectly formed buffet served in the atmospheric basement. All-in-all a very pleasant and highly recommended hotel. Thank you

We had never visited Malta, and I am thankful we choose Valletta, the old capital, and this hotel. The staff welcomed is like family and could not do enough for us as guests. The breakfasts were delicious, and the hotel is a perfect location for finding a dinner spot & tourist site. It’s in walking distance to many sites, including the Cathedral of St. John and the Palazzo de Rocca, which I highly recommend. To save money the host will help you arrange a Bolt ride, much more reasonable than a taxi.

Was a bit nervous about fire exits, or lack thereof. As I saw it if there was a fire on the main stairs ( and lift out of action) exiting the property would have been impossible unless I am missing something.

I spent a most enjoyable week here. The hotel was relatively quiet in an area convenient for most sights and local restaurants. Very comfortable room, good quality bed, but the carpet could do with a deep clean. Good sized shower room and nice toiletries. All the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful with suggestions and directions. I would definitely recommend.
