Traditional Maltese breakfast included was excellent Evening snacks and drinks (various teas most nights and beer on Saturdays/Wednesdays) All the staff were very friendly and helpful If we return to Malta, this is where we will stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Pjazza Merkanti and would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Malta. We were right in the heart of the city Valetta and everything was so easy to get to. Lovely modern, spacious and clean rooms and beautiful roof terrace.

Right in the heart of Valletta, this is a great location to experience the city. You can walk pretty much anywhere and experience so many great dining and shopping options in 1 minute of walking out of the front door. Staff is friendly, the breakfast and evening teas are wonderful. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great boutique hotel. Small but comfortable room. Authentic Maltese breakfast. Complimentary evening beer and apps. Breakfast and evening apps served on rooftop. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Would definitely return.

Good stay overall. The bathroom setup was a little strange though. I was by myself so it was ok. If with someone else, it’d have been awkward though as the shower is kind of open. Also, the breakfast area is too windy to enjoy it. Other than that, the area is great, close to the main attractions.

Das Hotel liegt in der Fußgängerzone, ist aber von einer befahrbaren Straße nur wenige Schritte entfernt (z.B. Taxi). Es handelt sich um ein kleines Hotel mit <20 Zimmern. Die Zimmer sind makellos, teils mit Fenster in einen Lichthof (düster); freundliches (und diskret unauffälliges) Personal, dennoch sehr aufmerksam; die erste Füllung der Minibar ist kostenlos, ein Adapter für Stromanschlüsse ist vorhanden, ebenso Haartrockner und Bügeleisen/-brett. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse über den Dächern von Malta ist ein Erlebnis und ebenso die Abendevents auf dem Dach. Die gesamte Altstadt von Valetta ist ein "einziges großes Restaurant", so daß es im Hotel nicht fehlt. Wer also auf einen Pool verzichten kann und Valetta wegen Valetta besucht ist hier perfekt aufgehoben.
