Good facilities and location, however poorly ran. Before we arrived we could not access check in information as their system claimed we still had to complete payment, ignored 2/3 emails asking for this to be resolved. Took multiple phone calls to finally fix this. Broken AC, reported on 1st day was reassured it would be fixed and it was marked as urgent, was never fixed.
