Our stay at Oeno in Valle de Guadalupe was unfortunately disappointing. While the property has beautiful views and looks very aesthetic in photos, the overall experience did not match the expectations. We stayed with a group of four for the weekend, and there were several basic hospitality details that were missing. For example, there was only one roll of toilet paper provided for the entire stay, and the hand soap dispensers in the room were empty. These are small things, but they make a big difference in comfort. The room itself also felt poorly maintained. There were visible stains on the walls, the room was dusty, and we noticed bugs inside. It looked like the room may have been cleaned at some point, but it didn’t feel like it had been properly maintained recently, allowing dust and insects to accumulate. The shower water was cold, which was another inconvenience during our stay. We also asked the staff if it would be possible to get chairs placed outside our room so we could enjoy the view. They said they would check, but no one ever followed up with us. Additionally, the rooms have fireplaces, but no one offered to turn them on or provide instructions on how to use them. The parking situation was also difficult. The parking area is quite far from the rooms, and it requires a steep walk/hike while carrying luggage or personal items, which was not very convenient. We were also hoping to dine at the restaurant on-site, but several items on the menu (including pasta
