Positive: Great breakfast! Clean room. Really good location, close to ADO bus station and the colectivos to Chichen Itza. Negative: You hear too much of what is going on in the nearby rooms... Bad WiFi.

Excellent choice

This place ticks all the boxes and deserves the very high rating. Very friendly family (the daughter speaks perfect English), secure parking, in-town location, good wi-fi and air-con, free refillable drinking water plus an excellent breakfast in a nice outdoor space to get you started in the morning. The only slight downside is the tight access to the parking area, but the owner is very good at guiding you through. Plus you get all of this for a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or stay again.
