This place is clean, closer to amenities and train station with free breakfast. The best part of it is, manager Mustafa is very polite and helpful to customers. Works at a very fast pace and keeps the facility in immaculate condition. We felt at home because of him. We got fresh towels every day, and good housekeeping! Will come back again to visit Valkenburg.

Although the hotel was in a good location and had free parking , a nice room and an adequate breakfast. Unfortunately our 1 night stay was spoilt with the fact that on our arrival the hotel was completely locked up. Check in stated it was from 3pm and we arrived at half past. After ringing the proprietor, she arrived after half an hour to let us in. Our next problem was over the price we paid . Our offer included a free breakfast ,but the lady argued that we hadn't paid enough. So she rang Expedia to complain. So we had to sit and wait about another hour before we were given the key to our room. But at least we were told that we were entitled to a free breakfast. We still had to settle the bill for city tax which states is €2 35 each. But we didn't receive any change from a 10€ note. As it took over 90mins to check in , it meant that we had very little time to visit the lovely centre of valkeburg before the attractions closed. I certainly wouldn't visit again due to the owners bad attitude. Although I must say, the girl who served breakfast was lovely.

Uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Verwacht geen 5-sterrenhotel. Het is iets verouderd, bedden zijn niet van een A-merk, maar alles is keurig schoon en fris. Ontbijt is meer dan prima en de service is ook gewoon heel goed. Zeker aan te raden.

Mooie, uiterst schone basic kamers. Lekker uitgebreid ontbijt. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Afgesloten fietsenstalling, dichtbij centrum, op loopafstand bus en trein verbindingen.

Kamer was klein voor 2 personen, douchen in het bad niet handig, geen douchegordijn of wand op het bad waardoor alles nat werd. Handdoeken waren versleten. Personeel was aardig. Parkeren wanneer je op tijd was kon achter bij het hotel, anders klein eindje lopen.

Wat een heerlijk hotel. Dicht bij het station. Kom je met eigen vervoer achter het hotel ruime eigen parkeerplaats. Eigenarese super gast vrij. Alles wordt voor je geregeld. Zij ontvangt je met open armen en staat echt voor haar gasten klaar.
