Great place

We stayed for a night on the way home from Germany. We knew not to judge the hotel from the outside. The reception, restaurant and bar area are really great and it was very child friendly. The room was quiet but artex over the walls and ceiling so it felt like we were sleeping in an iced cake! The lady in reception (Torchwood fan) was amazing. She spoke great English and really helped when I needed her to speak to the kitchen to see if they could do a basic off menu pasta meal for my daughter who has sensory issues. The pool was small and cold but it was 30 degrees at 5pm so very much enjoyed. Breakfast was included and great choice for all of us including soya milk.

Crappy food, nice room

Not impressed with the hotel. Prepaid the stay and food, but had to pay for my two daughters. Was told this at check in, where he said it was a buffet. It was not, instead we could choose for 25 euro from the menu, which takes away the idea of prepaying. They brought a board with the menu, where the special main course f the day was pulled pork burger. However before we ordered this was deleted, even though we had reserved table at 19 o clock, when they opened. We instead ordered four steaks medium, but they were all closer to raw, and the French fries had not had enough. Disappointing dinner, with a boring uncooked meal and breakfast buffet also disappointing. The French kitchen is supposed to be the best, but this was poor. The pool was nice, but we and others should just jump in, with no outside showers. So I fear it is not that clean. But very refreshing in the heat. The room was nice but only two rolls of toilet paper, neither of them full so we ran out of tp in the morning. The pillows were bad. So I slept without. Beds were fine. We had hoped for more with the high ratings, especially the food was disappointing.

Ein perfektes Hotel für uns auf der Durchreise. Nah an der Autobahn, Ladestation für E Autos, sehr ruhig gelegen, gutes Hotel, bequeme Betten, großer Garten mit Pool, gemütliches Frühstück am Pool und super netter Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Wir haben gut geschlafen, den Garten und Pool genossen und sind sehr erholt weitergereist. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder wenn wir in der Nähe sind.

Echt een goed adres voor overnachting op doorreis

De ligging, vlakbij de autobaan, prima restaurantje, zwembadje buiten voor hete dagen. Je moet wel reserveren voor het het avondeten, wij hadden dat niet gedaan, maar konden gelukkig nog later op de avond terrecht. Bordspelletjes volop aanwezig in de gezamelijke lobby, voetbaltafel en flipperkast. Bedden goed, ontbijt goed, rustig en prima schone kamer.

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel car il est noté qu'il contient des bornes de recharges pour véhicules électriques. C'est exact mais ces bornes ne sont pas gérées par l'hôtel et ce sont des bornes pour TESLA... De plus, NOVOTEL est réputé et cet établissement mériterait un rafraichissement (notamment au niveau des chambres, peinture abimée, noir au niveau des joints de la baignoire,...) pas digne de ce type d'hôtel.
