This hotel is steps away from the convention center and is a good 4 star hotel. I would stay here again. The room was clean. Bathroom could use sprucing. The front desk staff were very helpful. Excellent breakfast on the first floor with a lot of variety. Other meals had less variety but still OK. Easy access to transportation (metro/buses) and uber. Air conditioning was not adequate hence the 4 stars.

Highly recommended Location, staff, Breakfast, the room are all appreciated. The bus is just outside, depending on where you are going. The tram is a 5 minute walk away. The freshly squeezed orange juice, the food variety and the staff during breakfast are awesome The room was clean and the music in the bathroom was an amazing surprise.

Great price for a big comfortable room. I didn’t have breakfast but there are many restaurants close by. Some of the staff seemed rude in their demeanor - it would be nice to be greeted when you’re checking in! I had initially chosen the hotel because of the gym and pool - they were both ok but not the best. Pool was small and shallow and the gym could do with some more equipment and nicer mats. Otherwise we enjoyed the room and especially the size.

Did not get to use the pool or amenities because we were very jet Lagged from our Dallas flight and only there for 2 nights but loved the hotel, ambience, the room itself was great and clean, well laid out. We got a corner room with breathtaking views of the city and hills in the horizon. Breakfast was exactly what we wanted all the staff were very courteous and helpful would love to stay here again if we come back. The pool looked promising and inviting hopefully next time
