Our stay at SH Palace Valencià exceeded my expectations. The facility was clean and smelled terrific. The room was spacious and was clean. We planned a trip to Valencia for my husband’s birthday. I booked our stay at SH Palace Valencia aer reviewing previous reviews and it seemed like a great fit. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and also helped us with our parking issue when we arrived. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and tasty. On the day of the husband’s birthday, we went out and enjoyed the scenery, upon our return we had a complimentary champagne and a nice note from the staff to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Our stay at SH Palace Valencia was amazing. If we travel to Valencia again, we will stay there again.

If this was advertised as a three star property It would be barely acceptable. It is not a five star property by any stretch, the staff was the only thing redeemable, the room is beyond dated with shocking blue carpet and a bed with lumps. Please adjust your star system, be truthful, This is NOT a 5 star property.

Beautiful modern hotel with large comfortable rooms. One slight negative was that I was unable to adjust the curtains to prevent some sunlight entering the room in the morning. Great rooftop pool and nice dining facility on the roof. The breakfast buffet was the best I had during my travels through Spain and included omelets made to order. The location is good but it is about a half hour walk to the Carmen area. There is a bus that is half hour ride to the beach that can be found just around the corner from the hotel. The staff was cordial and quite helpful.
