Excellent location, close to the city centre and tourist bus starting point. Hotel room very big and light, room 304 has balcony facing the street but it’s not noisy at all! Didn’t have breakfast at hotel as there are many restaurants nearby.

The hotel is an excellent location, within walking distance of many major tourist attractions including the Ceramic Museum, the Cathedral, the Silk exchange and many more. We had a standard room which whilst comfortable had a limited outlook onto a narrow alleyway. Maybe in future I would pay extra for a premium room and view. Breakfasts were enjoyable and plentiful. However, staff were exceptional when we realised at the airport my wife had lost a diamond ring. The cleaners had found it, and the staff organised for it to be sent by DHL cargo to the UK and made the whole process very easy and stress free. They also arranged for us to pay the cargo costs through them. Above and beyond the call of duty.

Very enjoyable stay, very clean and lovely room

We very much enjoyed our stay and the view from our room with balcony. The cleaner was excellent, making out Tom look fresh every day. The only thing that let it down was the reception staff, who weren't always that friendly. Also, when we arrived, we asked to check in early and they took our luggage (great) and said they would call us when the room was ready, but it got to normal check in time and we hadn't received a call. Then when we did turn up to check in, it took a while for them to find our luggage. It would have been nice if they had taken our luggage to our room ahead of us, as they never called. The breakfast was nice, with a good selection of food and drinks.

This is a perfect hotel to explore Valencia. Close to all of the top attractions, which are in a short walking distances. The hotel is clean and welcoming and offers an excellent breakfast. The room was good and air conditioned with everything you need. The reception, bar staff , breakfast and cleaning staff were excellent also which makes a big difference.

Fantastic location close to the Old Town. Hotel has a boutique style and feel about it. There’s an outside eating area along with a bar and breakfast buffet. Staff were helpful and good a/c in the room which is a must in the summer months.
