Wow! This hotel looks just like the pictures. It’s really modern and a beautiful, clean and well maintained hotel. The location is convenient and right next to the shopping centre and loads of restaurants. The staff are lovely and very helpful. I would definitely come back here if staying in Valencia. 5 stars!

Good hotel stay for a reasonable price. Room was clean and spacious, with good amenities. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Pool was a good benefit although small and area around it can easily became crowded. WiFi barely functioned in my room on the 6th floor.

Room was very clean but quite noisy as it overlooked the bus station. Nice being near the gardens and the rooftop pool had great views of the city. Unfortunately the bar only open Thurs - sun, we were there Mon-Thurs! Only had breakfast once as so many coffee shops / restaurants around it wax easy to find alternatives.

This is one of new favourite hotels. The location is brilliant; adjacent to a subway line & the massive bus station. There is also a huge mall with El Corte Ingles one block away. It’s a very short walk into the Carmen; the historical part of the city. There are also great transportation links with the buses. The hotel is terrific & is consistent with other NH hotels that have stayed in. Super friendly and helpful staff, lovely room with a big bathroom and a very easy to understand shower. Breakfast is top rate. I would not hesitate to recommend to stay here, and I look forward to my next stay in Valencia at this hotel.

We had a Standard Room which was clean but a little small, fine for the 4 days we were there. Beds were comfortable. Good shower. There wasn’t a kettle but we did get one when we asked. Staff were polite and helpful. Hotel not too far from old town with bus station, metro and shopping centre nearby. Cost of room a little high in comparison to other similar hotels.

The breakfast was fantastic, there was so much variety and there were little signs with traditional food of the area and their history. The coffee machines where great and speedy, and the staff kept the area well stocked and cleared dishes quickly. The room we stayed in was super clean and spacious, the showers had amazing water pressure and temperature. The beds were so comfortable and the AC kept us cool and fresh.

Very good stay. Room spacious with a view. Travelled by car and the hotel was easy to find with a public parking garage right next to the hotel. Good cycling options around the hotel so easy to ride to the beaches through the lovely park.
