Stayed here with my son to attend the Valencia v Real Betis game. The hotel is a little gem. The location is great, just over the road from Serranos Towers and Valencia centre. The staff weee friendly and helpful at check in and the room itself was really clean and tidy. When I return to Valencia, I would stay here again.

Staff/cleanliness/breakfast all excellent but rooms would have benefitted from a window even though it would have had to open onto the corridor so at least some air could circulate , great aircon but still felt stuffy. And kettle to make hot drinks would have been really useful. Otherwise we loved it

The hotel is very trendy and set up well. The first 2 rooms on the first floor have an option to split or combine twin beds into one. It is next to the breakfast. While it's not too loud, they should provide a noise machine so it's quiet. The staff is very nice and accommodating. They do not provide toothpaste, but provide all other soaps. The bathroom door is frosted glass near the toilet, so not much privacy. Regardless, it was nicely setup

Great little hotel near the city center. The space in the room was well utilized. The breakfast was excellent. It was easy to get to and from the train stations in a taxi and easy to walk to the city center. We spent two nights at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and welcoming.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Amenities
The property is very clean but for us, the room was very small, particularly the bathroom. We are tall people and the bathroom was just so poorly designed for tall people. I don’t recommend if you are a tall person. The shower doesn’t have a door so the water sprays on the floor, making showering difficult in trying to manage your bathroom floor staying dry. There are no surfaces to put cosmetics or toothbrush either. The room and bathroom are very bare(no tissues, facecloths) No spot for bigger luggage. There was no outdoor window either in our room besides a small window in the bathroom. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast is nice.
