We really liked this hotel. Rooms great,friendly staff, pool lovely and about 10 min taxi to old town. We booked The Level room and enjoyed the free drinks and snacks and late check out. At breakfast you can also order an à la carte menu item.

We enjoyed the staff member who checked us in when we arrived. She welcomed us and spoke English with us. She provided us with a map and some helpful suggestions for places to visit, eat and transportation. I called for an extra towel to be added to the room. The staff member brought the towel plus an extra towel up to the room right away. She was very polite and spoke English with me. The staff has been very accommodating with our stay here. My family and I loved the pool. Our kids swam in the pool and we order food and drinks out there too. It was very relaxing! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. This hotel and its staff has been friendly and made us feel very comfortable. This has been an enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Melia Valencia. Although we were initially given the wrong room, Laura from The Level resolved everything quickly and professionally, making the experience completely stress-free. The hotel is well connected by bus to the Old Town (62), Malvarrosa Beach (99), and is only around 15 minutes from the airport. Upgrading to The Level was well worth it for the exclusive lounge. The pool was a little small and busy, but it didn't affect our stay. Breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety each day. A special thank you to Fran, whose warmth and attention to detail made every morning memorable—he even remembered our breakfast preferences and noticed when we'd missed a day. We'd also like to thank the fantastic breakfast team, especially the three Marias and Catia, who made us feel genuinely cared for. Celebrating my 40th birthday here made the trip even more special. Thank you to everyone at Melia Valencia for your kindness and hospitality—we hope to return!

We had rooms that had access to The Level. The Level lounge and staff were absolutely worth it. The hotel breakfast was also excellent so recommend booking it with breakfast, you won't be disappointed. Took one star off for amenities because the pool pictures are misleading. The reality is it is pretty small for a hotel of this size and was completely swamped with people because the pool and pool area are so small. Wasn't a deal breaker for us and the rest of the hotel and the wonderful staff more than made up for this
