The staff were so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The only thing I wish was different was the spa to hotel relationship. It was hard to understand how the two intersected and the cost considerations when I booked didn’t account for the spa use of the sauna and steam to be a daily separate costs. They need to be clearer in the hotel communications.

Loved this hotel. The entrance hall was beautiful as was the large, spacious room. We upgraded to 'The Level' and highly recommend this. Wonderful staff that done lots for you. The breakfast was great, separate area for upgraded guests including wonderful cooked to order selection of food and coffees. Highly recommend

“We had a very positive experience. The environment was welcoming ,the food was excellent ,and the staff were both friendly and polite. Melia Valencia is always a perfect option, they also highlighted the vegan part in breakfasts and this for me is a plus. The negative note is that for the overnight stay of a dog they ask 50 euros, the highest amount I have ever spent in my entire life, in my opinion out of standard.

Ray, Sylvia and the team took very good care of me. I would definitely be back again and it was an excellent experience. The ambience, food and overall facilities were really good. Good variety in restaurants and near the poolside.
